World Wide Initiatives
For over 20 years, we (the members of Oasis) have traveled the world as missionaries. We were a part of several mission trips, spending time in Ghana, Kenya and Togo among many other countries. On these trips we supplied food, medical supplies, shoes and clothing to those in need.
Pastor Pearl also spearheaded the organizations involvement in the "Cruise for A Cause" Mission Trip, bringing a group of 17 people with her to the underserved areas of Jamaica. However, Oasis' connection with the people in those communities went far beyond the 7 days of the mission trip. Oasis kept in contact with those individuals and donated books and supplies to their underserved children.
We also ministered to many individuals along the way, encouraging them to take care of their body, mind, soul and spiritual needs.
These trips taught us several lessons about life that we hold dear to our hearts today, and we are still in contact with many of the people that we have met along the way today.
Oasis continues to be on the cutting edge supporting other missionaries and ministries that impact humanity around the world. We partner with them through disaster relief and other initiatives. Wow!!!! Today is the last of our Christmas outreach endeavors. These gifts go to a family that has three precious little girls. Imagine their eyes on Christmas morning when they see this sight.
